y:下面向大家介紹比賽程序，本次比賽有定題演講，即興演講和回答問題三個部分，滿分分。大賽分為
上，下午兩個時段、兩個輪次三個內(nèi)容進(jìn)行。上午為全部選手一輪次定題演講及部分選手二輪次即
興演講及回答問題的比賽；下午進(jìn)行其他選手的二輪次比賽。
評委將從語言能力及應(yīng)用，內(nèi)容，技巧，時間掌握和整體形象幾個方面給選手打分。
